What Can 30 Minutes of Light Activity Get YOU?

Just a little bit of light activity improves health research significantly.

In the day and age where so many of us sit at a desk for most of our waking hours, it is very good news to hear that just adding 15 to 30 minutes of light exercise to our day can improve our health in a big way.  We lose so many lives in our country today because of sedentary lifestyles.

Simple changes to your daily habits can improve your quality of life. By walking for 15 minutes two times a day you can extend your life by years. Research was published in January of 2018 followed individuals for just over 14 years. 851 men and women from Sweden were part of a study that showed that replacing 30 minutes of sedentary time each day with simple, light-intensity physical activity significantly reduced mortality risk.
